Even if you have no desire to mine for gold, it is still very educational and interesting to learn about. We felt like we were watching the Discovery Channel four wheeling in the mountains. This is a picture of a diver that takes a suction hose out to the middle of the stream to hopefully pull some gold out from around rocks; or he might move some rocks to get to the gold. I think it could be a little dangerous moving rocks and a person should have some diving experience before doing that. They also wear a dry suit but you can bet they are still cold in those mountain streams.
